If you decide not to receive your carpet at the time of delivery, you have to pay the shipping and return fee.
For customers ordering more than one carpet, you may choose to ship two carpets together:
-If you wish to return the second carpet, you can opt to pay a return fee.
-This option is ideal if you want to try the carpet in your space before deciding whether to keep the second unit.
